March 13 & 27 April 10 & 24
Led by John Regan Wharton of Norfolk Artists & Allies for Sobriety
Are you looking for something to do in the 757 area, which does not revolve around alcohol consumption? Are you a creative person, artist or resident of the Tidewater area seeking to create new friendships and connections? This event is for everyone. It is OK to drink and it is OK NOT to drink. It's OK to be vulnerable. It's OK to try new things. It's OK to make connections.
Sharing passions, friendship and laughter. Making memories.
We invite the public to join us for our 5th gathering to share ideas, methods and experiences that promote being creative, social and well balanced while practicing 90 minutes of sobriety. Come as you are and feel free to contribute to the conversation in whatever capacity you are comfortable. There will be a 15 min Guided intro to meditation.
