Ancient Thai Massage
A rhythmic combination of compressions, stretches, and range of motion techniques, the practice of Thai massage is truly a unique experience. Performed comfortably clothed, without oil and on a padded floor, Thai Massage helps improve and maintain flexibility, a natural balance of energy, and relief of chronic pain.

Therapeutic Bodywork
With a foundation rooted in compassion and a true desire for the well being of our clients, our therapists are committed to providing effective treatments in an appropriate and comfortable manner. Performed on the table using oils, and drawing from a variety of Western techniques and therapies, we custom tailor every therapeutic session to address the specifics of that client on that day.

Sound Bath
Often resulting in an induced dream state, this is a relaxing and sometimes transformational journey inward while being bathed from all sides with sound vibrations from 432hz crystal bowls, hand made Tibetan metal bowls, chimes and gongs.
